Agreement
By accessing aifaceswap.lol or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and Google login
Access to account features uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must be legally able to enter into a subscription agreement.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly and annual plans renew according to the option shown at checkout unless canceled through the billing controls. Prices and plan features may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice.
Acceptable use
Use only images and likenesses that you own, license, or have permission to edit. Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, fraud, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful material, or deceptive public communication. See our Content Policy and Report Abuse page.
Service availability
The playground and render queue may change as the product develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific processing times, or that every image will produce an acceptable result.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in media you supply, subject to third-party rights. You may not copy, resell, or misuse the site software, branding, or proprietary content except as expressly permitted.
