Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription through the Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally remains available through the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests
If a payment was duplicated or the service was materially unavailable, contact support@aifaceswap.lol within 14 days of the charge with your account email and Stripe receipt. Refunds are reviewed against the circumstances and applicable law.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not automatic for change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction with a particular generated result. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
